How long will it take to receive my order? 
Most order ship out within 3-5 business days. Shipping time varies depending on USPS and customs but standard shipping takes approximately 1 weeks for the US and Canada and 4 weeks for international orders ( based on the least expensive shipping option.

Where is my tracking number? 
 
All package comes with tracking number but unfortunately with internation package we can only able to track them inside the US once it pass US custom we wont be able to track it.

What are the care instructions for Le Doux Dere necklace? 
Even though our necklaces are waterproof we recommend you to take them off before jumping in the pool to you’re your necklace looking good.
